This presentation was for a KAKENHI project led by Prof. Goda of Kumamoto University. It covers the development of a feature for the multilateral collaborative learning support system “GLoCL” that allows instructors and instructional designers to reference the national characteristics of learners in other countries, based on the six patterns in Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory. It is a comprehensive multilateral collaborative learning support system that also includes chat, instructional design sheets, and visualization of remarks.

This presentation was for my own KAKENHI project, reporting on the psychological evaluation of the social presence visualization feature in “C4+SP” (tentative name), a schedule management and chat system equipped with social presence visualization. Moving forward, I plan to expand the scope of the visualized information and analyze its relationship with logs. I will also be conducting practical evaluations.

This was a presentation by my student. It relates to a KAKENHI Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (S) project led by Prof. Hiroaki Ogata (Kyoto University), and applies Learning Analytics to high school science classes, specifically collaborative problem-solving lessons. While this presentation did not analyze the relationship between the aspects of collaborative learning and the logs, I hope to present some findings on that in the next report.

This presentation concerns a KAKENHI project led by Prof. Miyagawa of Aoyama Gakuin University. The Aoyama Gakuin project has long been researching support for Self-Regulated Learning, and this work involves developing and evaluating a system that supports the planning phase of Self-Regulated Learning. This time, we presented the results of developing a dashboard that visualizes the level of Self-Regulated Learning.
We have entered a new academic year, and since I am involved in various research projects, I would like to gradually turn them into results… although some of these projects are in their final year, so I cannot afford to take it too slowly.
