This is an announcement from Professor Yang at National Central University, Taiwan, who is a senior alumnus of my graduate school laboratory. The International Conference on Web-based Learning (ICWL) 2016 (held in conjunction with the 1st International Symposium on Emerging Technologies for Education) will take place in Rome, Italy, from October 26th to 29th. A workshop on Technology-Enhanced Language Learning will be held during the conference. Accepted papers will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes series.
Information and communication technology has long been used in the field of language education, and even now, every time a new technology emerges, various challenges are undertaken in language education research. In the field of CALL research, research methods based on the perspective of Educational Technology have also come to be used. For those of you involved in CALL research who are interested, please consider submitting your work. The manuscript deadline is July 1st (it was originally June 20th, but has been extended). There is still more than a month left. You have time, so please submit your paper. We look forward to receiving it.
