On February 3rd, there was an event held by the IEEE Fukuoka Section at the Medical Faculty, but I was unable to attend due to graduate school entrance exams, so the medal was sent to me by mail.

I received recommendations from Professor Nishihara, whose lab was next to Dr. Akahori’s in Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School, where I also studied, and Professor Murota, who was located on the floor below. After a thorough review process, I was granted IEEE Senior member status. Thank you, Professor Nishihara and Professor Murota. I received the medal in commemoration of becoming an IEEE Senior member.

I am currently involved with IEEE TALE and IEEE ICALT, and I hope to continue contributing to these initiatives in the future.
