I have been searching for various papers on learning commons, and while reviewing my own folders, I found an article I was asked to write two years ago in 2010, before it was accepted as a short paper. Since I have received permission to publish it on the web, I have decided to upload it. The situation has changed quite a bit between two years ago and now. It is something to look forward to in the future.
